If there is a concern with your order—such as a damaged item or shipping error—please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at support@faithandroots.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Faith And Roots is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as “Delivered.” We recommend reaching out to your local postal service to file a claim. However, we are happy to assist in any way we can.
